SUCCESFUL TRAINING AT A HIDDEN CHAMPION

Good and sound vocational training is a top priority for BORBET as a job engine in the region. This year, the BORBET site in Thuringia is once again celebrating the successful completion and employment of trainees (m/f/d).

M. Schäfer is joining the IT department as a trained IT specialist for system integration, while G. Reinhold is starting out as an industrial clerk in the sales scheduling department.

The Bad Langensalza-based global market and technology leader in the automotive sector attaches particular importance to the promotion and development of young talent. Ms Mittermaier, Training Manager and Head of Human Resources at BORBET, emphasises: "It is very important to us to guarantee first-class training and to open up promising future prospects for young specialists. With our commitment to sustainable personnel development, we are making our contribution to securing skilled labour in the region."

BORBET Thüringen is once again offering attractive apprenticeships for 2025. Interested pupils can find out more online and apply directly or gain an insight into training at BORBET as part of an internship. Further information can be found at: www.borbet.de/en/career/training
