His advice to colleagues (m/f/d): "Take advantage of the opportunities that come your way! Even if a job advertisement doesn't fit 100% - you can learn anything and familiarise yourself with everything. And that's the great thing about BORBET: performance is recognised here and everyone can work their way up."

BORBET SACHSEN WELCOMES 4 NEW TEAM MEMBERS
Four new apprentices started at BORBET Sachsen GmbH in Kodersdorf on August 1st, including one industrial clerk, one industrial mechanic and two mechatronics engineers. HR officer Katrin Witzmann emphasised the importance of promoting young talent and wished the new talents a successful start.
