The BORBET AE wheel is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functionally impressive: it is the first product from BORBET to be specifically designed for maximum efficiency and aerodynamic performance. The BORBET AE impresses with its individual appearance. The large, full-coverage spokes form a special eye-catcher that gives the vehicle a rich visual basis and gives it a powerful appearance.

During glossy turning, the surface is turned on a high-precision, computer-controlled CNC lathe using a diamond cutting insert so that it reflects the light and brings out the natural lustre of the metal. After machining, the wheels are sealed with clear lacquer.

Undercut describes an automated technique in which all non-load-bearing areas of the rim base are removed by mechanical processing. The result: lower wheel weight with the same strength. The higher ventilation cross-section also improves ventilation.
